I suppose it’s okay to “prohibit” women from attending, but why, oh why, are we still denied audio and video of the General Conference Priesthood session?
How am I to show my wife President Monson’s ear-wiggling skills? I guess we’ll have to buy the DVDs.

If women were really prohibited from hearing the priesthood session they wouldn’t publish the talks in the Ensign. Besides, any woman complaining that she can’t sit through yet another TWO HOUR meeting has other issues!

You can watch the priesthood session if you don’t mind the ASL version. They are all posted now:

You can watch President Monson wiggle his ears all you would like. It was hilarious. Oh, it is available in QuickTime format only.

I’ve wondered the same thing for years, and nobody’s ever given me a straight answer that matches the facts. (Well, beyond “Just cuz.”) It really seems silly to me that there isn’t a live audio/video feed, too, since it’s a general session of conference (at least, i figure it has to be, since Saturday morning is the “first general session”, and Sunday morning is the “fourth general session”).
