President Monson votes. Poor guy can’t even do early voting without a camera following him. Is that an expression hoping for change or another eight years? (Plus, it looks like early voting is packed)

I understand the reasons why this information will never be revealed, but wouldn’t it be interesting to see that ballot?

If I was shown the ballot, and saw that Pres. Monson voted for BO, I would likely think, at first, “oh my gosh, he’s trying to hasten the end of the world!” After that, I would spend a long time trying to figure that one out, given the disconnect between BO positions on a variety of issues and the gospel. True, McCain is not terribly in-line, but BO’s stances on abortion and a variety of other issues is troubling.

Florida doesn’t allow cameras in polling places, or within a 100-foot radius of any entrance to a polling place. Yeah, i understand the need for transparency in a democracy, but it seems to me like it’s worth having at least a *few* places where you don’t have to worry about cameras following you (even aside from the likely possibility of folks trying to get a picture of a marked ballot).
