    On the Jesus and Obama comparison… think about it, did Jesus really do that well in finding His cabinet? Didn’t one of them betray him to his DEATH! At least Obama’s hasn’t killed him…

    Dan –

    I think the joke is that Jesus was a carpenter and could build a cabinet.

    But if you want to compare how they called their people, I still think you can say Jesus knew exactly what he was doing. I don’t think you can say the same about Pres. Obama.

    I didn’t catch, originally, that the originator of that joke was talking about carpentry. It’s still kinda lame. I mean, Jesus wasn’t particularly famous for being a carpenter. He didn’t leave behind anything that endured. Frankly, how do we know he could actually build a cabinet… :)
