Provo and Orem do not disappoint when it comes to drinking and smoking. Ogden and Idaho Falls do pretty well too.

    Maryland banned smoking in bars before Utah did.

    Obviously, Maryland’s legislature is under the thumb of the local Mormon cabal.

    Good point. That’s why we left Maryland for the more secular Utah.
