    If I was the Bishop in this case I would pick up the phone and report it while he was in my office. repentance doesn’t free you from all consiquences of your actions.

    In some jurisdictions, clergy privilege means that you *can’t* report, or you’re violating the law.

    Yeah, i agree, stupid–but i understand the slippery slope argument that leads there, even though i believe it’s wrong.
